Check Point InterSpect NGX is designed to provide experience with the Check Point InterSpect appliance. This course covers SmartDefense, Web Intelligence and internal network security, and teaches students how to configure and manage InterSpect and identify common internal-network attacks. In this course, students will also learn about the protocols used with InterSpect, and will identify the levels of protection offered by InterSpect against vulnerabilities in these protocols.

• Configuring the InterSpect OS using sysconfig
• Accessing the InterSpect Web interface
• Installing SmartDashboard to configure an InterSpect appliance
• Configuring InterSpect Bridge mode to segment networks
• Using the ISDT to simulate attacks on an internal network
