The course at hand deals with the integration of IPCC Enterprise into an environment with Cisco ICM, Cisco Customer Response Solutions (CRS), and the Cisco Call Manager. This is based on a software status of ICM Release 7.0, Call Manager 4.1, and CRS 4.0.

Target Group
The course is offered for designers and administrators who wish to configure and operate IPCC Enterprise.

Knowledge Prerequisites
A good know-how of Cisco ICM and of the Cisco Call Manager is required. Moreover, participants should be familiar with Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP and have basic knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
