The Packeteer Specialist - Level I course is the first level of training in the Packeteer Certification Training program. The aim of this 3-day course is to develop basic knowledge and skills sufficient to operate an installed PacketShaper on a day-to-day basis. The course is instructor-led and provides an effective mix of operational theory and hands-on performance-based exercises. The student will receive a certificate of achievement after the training.
