Netcool/Proviso is performance management software that provides fast network reporting suitable for trend analysis, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and SLA objectives. These highly customizable web-based reports are appropraite for audiences including network operations staff, business decision makers, and customers of service providers. The highly flexible and scaleable architecture allows for full integration into a service provider or enterprise scale OSS infrastructure. This two day, instructor-led, lab intensive training class is provided to give hands-on experience installing the Netcool/Proviso product.
